Water Collection Ponds

The thirsty coffee plants in the hacienda will never be dry again! Mountaintop ponds will collect the seasonal rains to water the hacienda during the dry months of May to November.

The major task of digging the ponds was the point of a huge blessing, when a local government official sent up an immense excavator for the task, with the only cost being fuel and meals for the operator! Thank you, Lord!
